The GN15K DNA Marker consists of 9 linear double-stranded DNA (containing 500 bp, 1000 bp, 1500 bp, 2000 bp, 3000 bp, 5000 bp, 7500 bp, 10000 bp, 15000 bp) bands, which have been mixed with 1×DNA Loading Buffer containing a blue indicator dye. It is suitable for analyzing DNA bands in agarose gel electrophoresis. This product is ready-to-use, according to the experimental needs, directly take 5-10 μL for electrophoresis, easy to use, clear electrophoresis bands, easy to accurately determine the content of the target product DNA. The 2000 bp band in GN15K DNA Marker with a DNA concentration of 100 ng/5 μL shows bright bands; the remaining bands have a DNA concentration of 50 ng/5 μL.
